Welcome to our Signature Classes
These classes are one of a kind, as they are created by the Health Sq team who have 10-15 years of experience in treating musculoskeletal conditions. The focus is on active and proactive physical conditioning that works along with the treatment you are receiving from your healthcare team.
Before participating in any of the classes, you will need to book an Initial Class Assessment with one of our physiotherapist instructors. They will assess your physical capacity and any injuries or health conditions. Establish your health goals with you, followed by a one to one introduction to the movements involved in the class to make sure you are suitable and safe to participate.

Mind-Body Balance class (65yrs+)
Do you want to feel strong, independent and confident with your everyday activities?
This class is designed to improve your balance and reduce the risk of falls. It will involve evidence-based balance exercises. You will find yourself being able to confidently climb stairs, walk and reach for everyday household without worrying about falling over and sustaining an injury.
Health Body Masters Class (65yrs+)
Are you feeling more difficulty keeping up and spending time with your grandchildren?
This class specialises in strengthening the upper and lower body to build strong muscles and bones in the elderly population. This class will involve functional exercises, you will find yourself lifting household items and your grandchildren with confidence and ease.
Fit For Office
What to feel more energy and less aching muscle tension at work?
This class focuses on upper body strength, core and flexibility to help reduce general discomfort associated with prolonged sitting. It will involve physiotherapy based exercises that target those muscles that are prone to body fatigue after a long day sitting at the office.
Knees Up
Are you feeling knee pain when walking, running or climbing stairs?
This class targets on building strong legs so that your muscles can help support the knee joint. It will involve lower limb strength exercises, balance and high functional activities. This class is suitable for people with knee osteoarthritis and chronic knee pain conditions.
Women’s Health (core and floor)
Feeling tired and weak after pregnancy?
This class focuses on building strong bodies for women. The class will involve pelvic floor training, osteoporosis exercises and post pregnancy fitness. You will find yourself stronger and more confident with your body.
Foot Works
Do you want to perform at optimal level in your sports?
Join our class for ankle stability and lower limb strength. This class is designed to build strong legs and reduce sports injuries. The class will involve balance exercises, lower limb strength and sports-specific exercises.
Our Signature Classes
What makes our class unique?
Designed and led by physiotherapists with expertise on body movement and injury rehabilitation.
Utilising our team of physiotherapists’ clinical knowledge and scientific evidence based information, our classes are able to target specific conditions such as neck and shoulder tension from sitting in an office job or reduced balance leading to an increased risk of fall.
Small group, 3-4 participants per class
This allows our physiotherapists to pay closer attention to your exercise form and tailor the exercises to your needs or condition. So you can achieve your goals faster and safer.
Short and effective
Our classes are 40 minutes long to cater to your busy schedules.
Our goal is to combine the most effective exercises that our physiotherapist commonly recommends for each specific condition and pack them into a 40 minutes class. So you can achieve the maximum benefit in 40 minutes.
